Stephen Flanagan serves as the Operations Coordinator for JDog Carpet Cleaning & Floor Care, bringing a blend of hands-on experience, formal training, and long-standing commitment to the JDog brand. A 2020 graduate of Millersville University, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing while competing as a member of the university’s football program—an experience that strengthened his teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills.

His connection to JDog began years earlier; he was one of the company’s earliest employees, helping his uncle Jerry during high school and gaining firsthand experience in both operations and customer service. That early involvement shaped his deep understanding of the business and the values that define the JDog mission.

Dedicated to operational excellence, Stephen holds multiple IICRC certifications, including Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT), Upholstery Cleaning Technician (UCT), Stone, Masonry & Tile (SMT), Water Restoration Technician (WRT), and Applied Structural Drying (ASD). In his current role, he supports franchise owners nationwide, helping improve processes, enhance job quality, and uphold the standards of Respect, Integrity, and Trust that the JDog brand is known for.
